DRESS & COSTUME RENTALS
Please refer to the size guidelines given in the product description for each dress.
The product description specifies what type of fit, styling advice and more. Please be sure to read this.
Rentals must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of your booking to account for shipping time. Sundays are not included. Dresses cannot ship during public holidays.
Shipping is $28 for all dresses. This includes a prepaid label to send your dress back.

Champagne Robe
Soft nude colored robe full of ruffles and volume. Can be worn both over the shoulders and off the shoulders for an alternative fit. Buckles at the waist with a bow.
This robe fits a size small and may fit off the shoulders comfortably for a size medium.

Rental Details
Please ensure that you carefully check your calendar for any delays according to Sundays and Holidays. It is recommended that you give a 2 business day cushion between arrival date and the date of your shoot when possible in the event of shipping delays. If it is late due to the shipping carrier and you did not allow for these business days, you will not receive a refund.
It is highly recommended that you book these items in advance and allow for a response time on availability.
Please double check that you have given the correct shipping address and email address. All transactions will be made manually for the time being.
Important Information
Rentals are specifically for photoshoots only and cannot be worn during events due to the wear and tear being more prevalent when worn for long periods of time. Most of our items are also available for purchase, so if you are interested in keeping a particular item please feel free to contact us here.
In the event that the item is damaged, we do understand that things happen, however we will have to assess the damage for any repair fees up to the full cost of the item if it is not repairable. If it arrives to you with any noticeable damage, please send us photos the first day that you get it so that we are aware.
If you are late with the return shipping, you will be billed for the additional time and it is possible that you may no longer be eligible for future rentals. This is because it can really damage the schedule of the item and the person's shoot who is after you will have their schedule messed up.
Shipping includes a return label.
